1. Consultation, Estimate, and Proposal
Every successful remodel starts with a conversation. We'll meet at your home to evaluate existing conditions and discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, then you'll receive a detailed written proposal before any work begins.
2. Designs, Selections, & Material Harvesting
We finalize your layout, cabinetry, countertops, and all finish selections, then begin Material Harvesting, a planning system built specifically for building in Alaska. We source materials from trusted suppliers across Alaska and the Lower 48, coordinating specialty orders and long lead-time items well in advance.
3. Permits, Ordering, & Inventory
We obtain required permits and verify every cabinet, fixture, and finish material has arrived before demolition begins, helping eliminate delays from missing parts or backorders, especially given Alaska's shipping challenges.
4. Site Protection & Demolition
Every successful remodel starts with a conversation. We'll meet at your home to evaluate existing conditions and discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, then you'll receive a detailed written proposal before any work begins.
5. Structural, Plumbing, & Electrical

6. Finish Installation
Now the transformation begins. Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and all finish details are installed with craftsmanship and attention to detail, this is where your vision truly comes to life.
7. Final Walkthrough
Before considering the project complete, we walk the finished space together to make sure every detail meets your expectations and address any remaining punch-list items.
8. Warranty & Ongoing Support
We stand behind our workmanship. Every completed project includes our one-year workmanship warranty, and we're only a phone call away if questions come up after the job is done.

Owner Bryan Roerick combines hands-on construction experience, real estate investing, and a paramedic’s ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
