The Story Behind Chugach Contracting
I'm Bryan Roerick, and my path into construction wasn't traditional. Before becoming a contractor, I built a career as a paramedic/firefighter, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and make decisions that matter. Those same principles continue to guide every remodeling project we take on today. Plan carefully, communicate honestly, and never cut corners.
Over the years, I also became a real estate investor and landlord, buying, renovating, and managing my own properties. That experience gave me a different perspective than many contractors. I understand what it's like to invest your own money into a home, worry about unexpected costs, and expect quality work that stands the test of time.
Chugach Contracting was built on those experiences. Whether we're remodeling a bathroom, renovating a kitchen, or solving a complicated structural issue, my goal has always been the same: treat every home as if it were my own. I believe the best remodeling projects begin with thoughtful planning, clear communication, and doing the job right the first time, not the fastest or the cheapest.

That's why we've developed processes like Material Harvesting and Inventory Verification, to help keep projects moving smoothly, minimize delays, and reduce unnecessary surprises.
